Arrival: Thursday, 20th April 2023, registration from 17:00 to 18:00

Departure: Monday, 24th April 2023, after breakfast.

Venue: Hotel Terceira Mar, Portões de São Pedro, nº 1, 9700-097 Angra do Heroísmo; Terceira Island, Azores, Portugal.

Working language: English, no translation will be provided.

WHAT TO BRING AND PREPARE

Bring promotional materials, traditional food (something small – sweets, chocolates, biscuits…) or clothes related to your country to share with other participants! On the first evening, get to know each other session will be devoted to the introduction of participants and their countries in form of the European market.

DRESSCODE

Dresscode of the conference is casual. Bring good walking shoes for the guided tour. We will walk through the cobblestoned streets of the city centre.

! On Sunday, we will have activities in nature. Please bring comfortable clothes and shoes.

TRANSPORT

Transfer from/to Lajes Airport is not provided by the organizers. All delegates need to transfer to the hotel by themselves. The transportation from the airport to the hotel will take approximately one hour by public transport or 30 min by car.

BUS

Walk about 6 min. (450m) toward “Pedreiras 24” bus stop;
Take the bus “CA4” to Avenida Infante D. Henrique;
There, take the bus “CA1” to Twins bus stop.
When you arrive the bus stop you have a 2 min. walk until Terceira Mar Hotel (110 m).

TAXI

If you are taking an official taxi, always ask about the price first before getting in. The rates for taxi rides in Azores are calculated using the fare per kilometer + entry fee.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be provided to all delegates of the meeting at the Hotel Terceira Mar from the 20^thto the 24^th of April 2023. You will be randomly accommodated in twin rooms with EuroApprentices from different countries. Please have your passport/ID card with you to check in.

Check-in time: 14:00, check-out time: 12:00. The accommodation includes breakfast. (07:00 – 10:00).

Please note that any additional services will be charged to individual delegates at the hotel.

POWER SOCKETS. On the Azores the power plug sockets are of type F. The standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. (Type F: This socket also works with plug C and E).
