The TCA will take place in Funchal, Madeira, from March 18th to 20th, 2025.

As the organizing entity, the Erasmus+ National Agency for Education and Training will provide meals during the event as well as accommodation at the Savoy Palace Hotel, Funchal.

About the event

A three-night stay (March 18-21) has been reserved for all participants, with check-in upon arrival. If you require additional nights, please contact the hotel directly to arrange your stay at your own expense.

Transfers from and to the airport will be the responsibility of each participant.

The event will take place at the Hotel School.

During the event, transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back, each morning and evening.

 The event will run from 2:00 PM on March 18th until 5:30 PM on March 20th, and participants are expected to attend all sessions.

Please note that a daily attendance sheet must be signed.

All meals will be provided and food restrictions considered.
